In the Sun Room of the Andersons Hale with Elder Akina

Aloha Ohana! im once again speechless on how i feel! no words can express how full my heart is! To my wonderfull family! i etreemly thank you for all the uplifting emails and the good news shared with me! God is Great! I have so much to say but ill start off with the fun stuff! I got some free dental work from our steak pres.! chee hoo! kinda akward teaching the gospel with a numb nouth?! but it went well hahaha! i was able to see 4 more baptisms of those i taught and they all were awesome! i was able to confirm them all too! work here is huge and i cant believe how its grown! i now feel that most all kuna has had their chance to hear the good news and i know now ill be leaving after almost a 8 month run! i hate telling people im leaving cause it hurts to see them so sad but they now have a great transision man in Elder Akina! he still is hawaiian so they wont have Elder Runnels withdraws too bad! ive been feeling a new urgency to speak with bold ness! for some reason i have been filled with the spirit so much and it is going great! we got a call from sis yardley and she wants us to sing in a huge state wide christ musical! both in boise and twin falls on may 1 and 2! we auditioned for a song "oh lord my redeemer" and got it! we will be doing it with the ukulele and we will have so much fun! oh we did a talent show for the 7 ward and the showing was amazing! we filled the whole gym with members and non members alike! we played and sang molokai slide and it was fun! i had a "Wifey Refferl" too! a man and his wife said they want my address to have a neist in byuh write me! kinda weird but it was nice of them! we have been playing so much basketball and we have been getting investigators to attend! we are able to have so many people to teach and all this is beacuse our heavenly father loves us! we see his hand every second of every day! my ukulele has been a huge blessing! i have in kuna been able to sing at priesthood in excilence (a childs prayer), at zone confrence twice (Aloha Oe') and be still my soul, at baptisms (when i am baptised), and at talentshows! then soon at a huge state event! i love it! people here just soak up the hawaiianness of us elders! they cant get enough! i never realized how much of a blessing it is to be and live where we do! So we had interviews yesterday! one of the most inspiring and spiritual ones ever! he said i will be leaving kuna cause i have served faithfully and he needs me somewhere new! "A special assignment" he called it! ill be opening a new area to missionary work! a place where missionaries have never been! he has prayed long and hard and knows im the only one to do it! now if that dont make you feel good i dont know what would! the pressure is on and i love it! it will be a few weeks of finding and meeting people but it will be crazy exciting! he said much more but id rather not say because it was too awesome! he said he is still looking for some stuff but got me a car! my responce to it all was "I will go, i will DO"! we smiled and he said "i know" wow ! now to think back about the time where i almost never came on a mission! SCARY! God is so great and has big things in store for all of us! let us all reach our potential and be diligent in recieving those promised blessings! ill miss Kuna, i have made hundreds of life long friends... i have seen many come closer to Christ! now its time to make and see hundreds more! Life is Good! always has been! always will be! if we stay humble and work hard! aloha family
