March 9, 2010.

Well the church changed this whole my lds mail thing so i lost all the contacts i had saved but its all good! we had a great week and last week was amazing as well! most of the people we are working with are progressing so much! we have seen them all become closer to christ! they are doing so well and in return i also am doing very well! i love this work! i have come to a conclusion that the hardest part of my mission is not the mission itself! nor trials that come or even disapointments! it is finding the time and putting forth the effort to thank my heavenly father as much as he deserves it! i can never thank him enough for all he is doing for me and i try hard and i know for sure this is his work and its all because of him, but he blesses me so much that i cannot ever repay or thank him enough and that is hard for me! he asks so little but gives so much! my heart is so full of grattitude! im glad to hear all is well in Hawaii nei! We had a baptism this sat and it was a 9 year old boy! he was so excited to hear of the gospel! his mom is not fAR from believing either! i love this gospel! the fire is burning here in kuna! we had the chance to fellowship some less actives and we got to do an adult pine wood derby! best idea ever for a less active turn out! we made cars and an old man let us use his huge shop with every tool ever in it! i tried to get creative and incorperate a wave into my car! ill send it home after the race! Elder Akina is still the bomb and we have so much fun doing this great work! i got to do some awesome service here and i got to put up a huge run of fence! its been a while scince i got to use a nail gun and tools but i loved it! we got it done in one day! we also got to teach a 12-13 year class on sun. and we went around the room and asked what everyone learned and all of them said they learned a mission can be super spritual but extra fun from us! that was so rewarding to hear that! i hope im doing somthing right that they see! i dont mean to boast but i for real know everyone here i kuna and i love it! we are one huge ohana! we dont even buy lunch any more! we get fed every meal! every meal! the love of these people is unreal! finally we Elder Akina and i sang in zone confrence yesterday 2 times! we sang a acapella song called i love the lord and then aloha oe to the departing missionaries! we had so much fun! i also found out a random fact about pres. Yardley! he got to light the torch in the salt lake olympics when it happened! he still has the torch and he let us all see it! crazy! You guys! our God will always prevail in the fight aganst saten! but we always need to rely on him cause we are nothing with out him! with all your might lean on him and he will lead you out of the binding arms of the advasary! i love you all and hope all is well! aloha
