Well this week was great! i came full circle in a sence because i was able to go to Lisa Maxwells baptism in caldwell! She was a lady we were teaching when i was there and we had commited her to baptism but we were not able to see the fruits of our labors cause i was transfered! But this week she was baptised! just to give u an idea how the baptism went! it was nothing that i had seen before! she is about 300 pounds and she is handicap from the waist down! no joke so we had to put her on a strecher like at the hospital and we carried her into the indoor heated pool! we lowered her in and then with 8 guys we dunked her! then carried her back out and dried her off to confirm her right there! while we were carryng her the part i was holding cracked and she freeked out! the stretcher was made of thick ply wood with handles on it and it started breaking under her! i dont blame the wood either, shes a big gurl! ANY WAY we got it done and she just (i know she was not suposed to) hugged me and never let go! kinda akward but it was fine! we also commited another man we taught to baptism on the first lesson! i just felt impressed to do so and it went well! he said he would love to more than anything! super strong sprit! his name is Erik Isaacson! we are teaching lots and loving it! I can also never say "i have not seen snow" anymore cause we woke up to it this week! so beautifull! i tripped out on how there is actually designs on the flakes like the ones i used to cut outta paper! nnuuttss! i made my comp get out of the car and we just tracted in it! we walked and knocked doors for 3 hours in it cause i just loved it! its been hitting the 20s here and i just love how i canfeel my face turn numb! Perspective makes all the differnce! i have not really had tuff times on my mission yet! all i have been through is super minor and i know heavenly father has increased my patience alot cause nothing gets to me! not even a slammed door in my face! i tend to laugh and just move on! i never thought i would be able to do that but i guess its a blessing ive recieved while out here! i use the term "its fine" in all i do and i move on! i love life and love being a missionary with all my heart and nothing else could ever replace the feeling i get from seeing someone change and "come unto christ! we were not able to go out on halloween due to the "danger" but i called the distrct leader and he said we could go to the trunk or treat at the church so we did! it was so much fun! we took pictures so ill send them soon! we got lots of less actives to go and they loved it! we had a zone confrence yesterday and we played b-ball as a mission and watched movies! this is the one time we are alowed to do so from president! we had emma smith playing, bolt, rattatouli, and space jam! it was fun! president is the bomb! my team came in fourth place in the tourniment and it was cause i was givin a team that was off! it was a four on four style and out of 11 teams i guess we did well! there are some ballers and first round we were paired agenst a team with a guy 6 9 and he was a baller! i just had so much fun gaurding him! we won though with our outside shots! any way other than that we are just having a ball spredding the gospel and i love it! hope all is well at home! till next tue!
