Sunday July 5th, 2009

So lucky we get to be his "companion" for a week.

Today we went to church in Ephraim with the Heywood family.  It was testimony meeting and Elder Runnels got up to bear his testimony.  A speaker before him had gotten up and said "adjust or move on".  Elder Runnels basically called him out and said that if everyone is friendly to each other and say Hi, and made friends, then no one would want to move on, then everyone would feel welcome.  He challenged us to do that.  After church we had a delicious dinner of Kalua Pork and cabbage and panipopo.  Then we all just hung out together.  Elder Runnels was playing ukulele and singing with everyone.  It was awesome!
